Clear Creek Care Center of Westminster is a Medicare-certified facility dedicated to delivering quality healthcare in a homelike environment. Our 113-bed facility provides nursing and rehabilitation services to individuals of all ages who need short or long-term care.

Clear Creek Care Center is privately owned and is located in a quiet, residential community. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Rooms and public areas are comfortable and homelike. A wide variety of activities and outings are available, including field trips and excursions to community events.

Clear Creek has a 24 bed transitional care unit for short-term stays with rehabilitation from surgery and other medical illnesses. Physical, occupational and speech therapy are available daily.

The facility is staffed with round-the-clock nursing professionals. A registered nurse is on duty 24 hours per day.
