Dear Staff at Clear Creek Care Center,

I just wanted to say thank you for all you did for my Dad and my family these last couple of years.

I can't remember a time when I dealt with anyone at Clear Creek who didn't go out of their way to help him, or us, and always do it with great patience and care. I also particularly want to thank those of you who where there for us at the end, staying late, giving hugs and telling us "Harold" stories. I can't tell you how much your compassion meant to us. You are not just good at your jobs, you are also especially kind people and it helps to know kind people were around Dad until the end.

It has been very hard for our family to watch him deteriorate throughout this time but it has been easier knowing you guys watched over him when we couldn't. Thank you again.
